Diana L. Ramsay

Diana L. Ramsay, healthcare and social services professional, recently served 4 ½ years as President/CEO of Woods, a regional human services organization with more than 3,000 employees. At Johns Hopkins Health System she led the consulting practice for project management and operations redesign. She served 12 years with Sheppard Pratt Health System, one of the nation’s top ten psychiatric health systems. Initially President/CEO of Way Station, a nationally recognized community rehabilitation program and subsidiary of the Health System, she was then promoted to Executive Vice President/COO of the entire Health System for the remaining 9 years. Diana has served on many boards including her current appointment to the Philadelphia Zoo board, the National Aquarium Board, chairing its Governance and Nominations Committee, and is the former President of the National Association of Psychiatric Health Systems where she led their strategic planning. Diana has a BS in Occupational Therapy from Towson University and a Master of Public Policy from the University of Maryland, where she majored in International Security Policy and was the John J. Sexton fellow in Social Policy.
